We record
your wedding on state-of-the-art 3CCD Panasonic GS400 (broadcast
quality), edit on the Canopus Storm 2 Digital system, have
lights for any occasion and many years of experience. (We
also produce programmes for broadcast purposes and you are
welcome to come and have a look at our Show Reels.)
For
Weddings we usually record the following:

Preparations
of the bride (and groom)

the church, everyone arriving

whole ceremony

bride and groom emerging from church

Option
1: Up to 6 hours of camera recording. You are
supplied with the professionally edited footage - up to 3
hours in duration, on VHS or on DVD. Editing includes opening
and closing titles and music of your choice. All the bad shots,
which are unavoidable at a wedding (e.g. people walking in
shot and staying there, etc.) are removed and live music/background
sound is cross-faded to avoid harsh sound track jump cuts.
When paying the deposit, you choose the type of titles and
music or you can provide the music of your choice on CD.
Cost: R5,000.00
DVD:
Straight copy -- one copy included in the the
price. Authoring (providing a personalised menu and different
chapters), an additional R450.00. (Copies of already existing
DVDs: R45 each.)
Option
2: In addition, we can provide a 10 -20 minute
"Highlights" of the day.
Additional charge: R950.00
Life
History Photographs of Bride and Groom which
usually precedes footage of the wedding itself, can be added,
along with titles, and edited to music. (Own music can be supplied, on CD only. Otherwise
we have music from which you can choose.)
Cost: R350.00 per hour for recording and editing of
photos, slides, old film material, etc.
EXTRAS:
Additional
VHS copies: R185.00
(up to 3 hours, 1-3 copies; R140 for 4 - 6 copies; 7-10 copies,
R60.00). The quality of all copies is exactly the same. (The
shorter the programmes, the less expensive the copies will
be
When more
than 6 hours of camera work is required, an additional R300.00
per additional hour is payable.
Travel
charged at R2.50/km.
Choose
your videographer with care:
The video will last a lifetime! Look at
examples of the company's work and ensure that the detail is
captured -- flowers, close-ups of faces, hair style and
decorations, stain glass windows, rings, detail on the wedding
dress and wedding cake, etc. Ask for references.
